Our developing Academy is designed for internal Phoenix Lighthouse facilitators and, when authorized, independent and organizational partners. The first program-specific training pathway will focus on RENEW™.

Participant-centered
No mandatory trauma disclosure. Spiritual reflection, when included, is participant-directed and optional.
Clear safety boundaries
Required safety, escalation, and referral protocols. Coaching stays within its nonclinical scope.
Competency-based
Knowledge assessment, practical demonstration, supervised delivery, and ongoing professional learning.
Approved standards under development
Initial assessment
Minimum 85% on the knowledge examination and 85% on the practical assessment, with two reassessment opportunities.
Supervised delivery
Supervised facilitation is required before independent delivery authorization.
Credential cycle
Planned two-year validity with 12 continuing-education hours every two years.
Renewal pathway
Planned 90-, 60-, and 30-day renewal reminders and a 90-day reinstatement application window.
Launching thoughtfully
Our initial facilitator development focus is RENEW™, with additional Phoenix Lighthouse program pathways planned over time.
